For example, you can pack orange carrots, red apples, and tan hummus. It is as simple as having natural foods that are different colors. Just be careful to watch your protein serving size, as nuts, cheese, and meats can pack a lot of calories. Have a handful of nuts, a smear of peanut butter, meat slices, or string cheese.
